The Supervisory Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Training Course is designed to empower supervisors, team leaders, and frontline managers with the critical skills and knowledge required to effectively manage workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance. Supervisors play a key role in translating policies into action this course ensures they are equipped to recognize risks, enforce safe practices, support sustainability, and drive a proactive safety culture across all operational levels.
The course combines legal awareness, practical tools, and behavioural leadership techniques to enable supervisors to meet their responsibilities confidently and compliantly.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:
